Complete rewrite the BIND 9 build system The rewrite of BIND 9 build system is a large work and cannot be reasonable split into separate merge requests. Addition of the automake has a positive effect on the readability and maintainability of the build system as it is more declarative, it allows conditional and we are able to drop all of the custom make code that BIND 9 developed over the years to overcome the deficiencies of autoconf + custom Makefile.in files. This squashed commit contains following changes: - conversion (or rather fresh rewrite) of all Makefile.in files to Makefile.am by using automake - the libtool is now properly integrated with automake (the way we used it was rather hackish as the only official way how to use libtool is via automake - the dynamic module loading was rewritten from a custom patchwork to libtool's libltdl (which includes the patchwork to support module loading on different systems internally) - conversion of the unit test executor from kyua to automake parallel driver - conversion of the system test executor from custom make/shell to automake parallel driver - The GSSAPI has been refactored, the custom SPNEGO on the basis that all major KRB5/GSSAPI (mit-krb5, heimdal and Windows) implementations support SPNEGO mechanism. - The various defunct tests from bin/tests have been removed: bin/tests/optional and bin/tests/pkcs11 - The text files generated from the MD files have been removed, the MarkDown has been designed to be readable by both humans and computers - The xsl header is now generated by a simple sed command instead of perl helper - The <irs/platform.h> header has been removed - cleanups of configure.ac script to make it more simpler, addition of multiple macros (there's still work to be done though) - the tarball can now be prepared with `make dist` - the system tests are partially able to run in oot build Here's a list of unfinished work that needs to be completed in subsequent merge requests: - `make distcheck` doesn't yet work (because of system tests oot run is not yet finished) - documentation is not yet built, there's a different merge request with docbook to sphinx-build rst conversion that needs to be rebased and adapted on top of the automake - msvc build is non functional yet and we need to decide whether we will just cross-compile bind9 using mingw-w64 or fix the msvc build - contributed dlz modules are not included neither in the autoconf nor automake

Test infrastructure for the qp-trie This change adds a number of support routines for the unit tests, and for benchmarks and fuzz tests to be added later. It isn't necessary to include the support routines in libdns, since they are not needed by BIND's installed programs. So `libtest` seems like the best place for them. The tests themselves verify that dns_qpkey_fromname() behaves as expected.

Move all the unit tests to /tests/<libname>/ The unit tests are now using a common base, which means that lib/dns/tests/ code now has to include lib/isc/include/isc/test.h and link with lib/isc/test.c and lib/ns/tests has to include both libisc and libdns parts. Instead of cross-linking code between the directories, move the /lib/<foo>/test.c to /tests/<foo>.c and /lib/<foo>/include/<foo>test.h to /tests/include/tests/<foo>.h and create a single libtest.la convenience library in /tests/. At the same time, move the /lib/<foo>/tests/ to /tests/<foo>/ (but keep it symlinked to the old location) and adjust paths accordingly. In few places, we are now using absolute paths instead of relative paths, because the directory level has changed. By moving the directories under the /tests/ directory, the test-related code is kept in a single place and we can avoid referencing files between libns->libdns->libisc which is unhealthy because they live in a separate Makefile-space. In the future, the /bin/tests/ should be merged to /tests/ and symlink kept, and the /fuzz/ directory moved to /tests/fuzz/.

Update how we build bind.keys.h (both POSIX and Windows) The code in util/bindkeys.pl was overly complicated and it could not be reused on Windows because redirecting stdin and stdout at the same time from perl is overly complicated. Now the util/bindkeys.pl accepts the input file as the first and only argument and prints the header file to stdout. This allows the same utility to be used from automake and win32/Configure script.

Convert the documentation to Sphinx documentation format The ARM and the manpages have been converted into Sphinx documentation format. Sphinx uses reStructuredText as its markup language, and many of its strengths come from the power and straightforwardness of reStructuredText and its parsing and translating suite, the Docutils.

remove /etc/bind.keys the built-in trust anchors in named and delv are sufficent for validation. named still needs to be able to load trust anchors from a bind.keys file for testing purposes, but it doesn't need to be the default behavior. we now only load trust anchors from a file if explicitly specified via the "bindkeys-file" option in named or the "-a" command line argument to delv. documentation has been cleaned up to remove references to /etc/bind.keys. Closes #3850.

Revise "srcid" file handling The "srcid" file present in each BIND source tarball contains a shortened hash of the Git commit corresponding to a given BIND release. This allows a Git reference to be included in an archive that otherwise lacks any Git information. Before the move to Automake, if an "srcid" file was present in the root source directory at the time ./configure was run, its contents were used as the value of a compile-time constant which was then baked into BIND binaries; otherwise, "git rev-parse" was used to determine the value of that constant. With Automake, a similar approach was attempted that required the "srcid" file to be present at autoreconf time in order for it to be used. However, note that this means that even if that file is present in a source tarball created using "make dist", its contents are not going to influence the value of the aforementioned compile-time constant because autoreconf hardcodes the output of "git rev-parse" into the configure script at autoreconf time. To make things more clear, always use "git rev-parse" for determining the value of the PACKAGE_SRCID compile-time constant when running autoreconf. This causes "srcid" to be an empty string in source tarballs built from other source tarballs, but that is not deemed to be much of an issue as "make dist" is expected to be run from Git repository clones. Remove stderr redirections to /dev/null to ensure errors caused e.g. by running "make dist" from outside a Git repository clone are not hidden. Trim the Git commit hash to 7 characters for consistency between Unix and Windows systems. Despite the above, ensure the "srcid" file is present in source tarballs created using "make dist" as that file is used by the build process on Windows.
