2988. [experimental] Added a "dlopen" DLZ driver, allowing the creation
of external DLZ drivers that can be loaded as
shared objects at runtime rather than linked with
named. Currently this is switched on via a
compile-time option, "configure --with-dlz-dlopen".
Note: the syntax for configuring DLZ zones
is likely to be refined in future releases.

2987. [func] Improve ease of configuring TKEY/GSS updates by
adding a "tkey-gssapi-keytab" option. If set,
updates will be allowed with any key matching
a principal in the specified keytab file.
"tkey-gssapi-credential" is no longer required
and is expected to be deprecated. (Contributed

Shut up MSVC++ compiler warning about loss of precision when assigning
8 bits masked out of a 32 bit int to individual bytes.
Also, an #if 0 around "#define ISC_BUFFER_USEINLINE" was removed, per the
ISC coding style, and instead a comment was used to disable the definition.
Mostly, several functions that take pointers as arguments, almost
always char * pointers, had those pointers qualified with "const".
Those that returned pointers to previously const-qualified arguments
had their return values qualified as const. Some structure members
were qualified as const to retain that attribute from the variables
from which they were assigned.
The macro DE_CONST was added to isc/util.h to deal with a handful of very
special places where something is qualified as const but really needs to have
its const qualifier removed.
Also cleaned up a few places where variable names clashed with reserved
identifiers. (Which mostly works fine, but strictly speaking is undefined
by the standard.)
Minor other ISC style cleanups.
Cleanup of redundant/useless header file inclusion.
ISC style lint, primarily for function declarations and standalone
comments -- ie, those that appear on a line without any code, which
should be written as follows:

Buffer types were removed, so the ISC_BUFFERTYPE_*
macros are no more, and the type argument to
isc_buffer_init and isc_buffer_allocate were removed.
isc_buffer_putstr is now void (instead of isc_result_t)
and requires that the caller ensure that there
is enough available buffer space for the string.
can use internal buffer pointers without fear by first performing the
same validity check used in the buffer.c file. This eliminates a
function call inside a loop, and the bufferlist.c file is really a
superset of buffers in many ways already.
