752d8617f5 Test purge-keys with views
Create a test scenario where a signed zone is in multiple views and
then a key may be purged. This is a bug case where the key files are
removed by one view and then the other view starts complaining.

c3d3d12911 change allow-transfer default to "none"
Changed the default value for 'allow-transfer' to 'none'; zone
transfers now require explicit authorization.

Updated all system tests to specify an allow-transfer ACL when needed.

Revised the ARM to specify that the default is 'none'.

Reformat shell scripts with shfmt
All changes in this commit were automated using the command:

  shfmt -w -i 2 -ci -bn . $(find . -name "*.sh.in")

By default, only *.sh and files without extension are checked, so
*.sh.in files have to be added additionally. (See mvdan/sh#944)

62ddc3dca0 Remove redundant inline-signing lines from tests
Now that inline-signing is explicitly set in dnssec-policy, remove
the redundant "inline-signing yes;" lines from the system tests.

bbfdcc36c8 Add inline-signing to dnssec-policy
Add an option to enable/disable inline-signing inside the
dnssec-policy clause. The existing inline-signing option that is
set in the zone clause takes priority, but if it is omitted, then the
value that is set in dnssec-policy is taken.

The built-in policies use inline-signing.

This means that if you want to use the default policy without
inline-signing you either have to set it explicitly in the zone
clause:

    zone "example" {
        ...
        dnssec-policy default;
        inline-signing no;
    };

Or create a new policy, only overriding the inline-signing option:

    dnssec-policy "default-dynamic" {
        inline-signing no;
    };

    zone "example" {
        ...
        dnssec-policy default-dynamic;
    };

This also means that if you are going insecure with a dynamic zone,
the built-in "insecure" policy needs to be accompanied with
"inline-signing no;".

0b09ee8cdc explicitly set dnssec-validation in system tests
the default value of dnssec-validation is 'auto', which causes
a server to send a key refresh query to the root zone when starting
up. this is undesirable behavior in system tests, so this commit
sets dnssec-validation to either 'yes' or 'no' in all tests where
it had not previously been set.

this change had the mostly-harmless side effect of changing the cached
trust level of unvalidated answer data from 'answer' to 'authanswer',
which caused a few test cases in which dumped cache data was examined in
the serve-stale system test to fail. those test cases have now been
updated to expect 'authanswer'.

efa8a4e88d Test setting of inline-signing with dnssec-policy
When dnssec-policy is used, and the zone is not dynamic, BIND will
assume that the zone is inline-signed. Add test cases to verify this.

58bd26b6cf Update the copyright information in all files in the repository
This commit converts the license handling to adhere to the REUSE
specification.  It specifically:

1. Adds used licnses to LICENSES/ directory

2. Add "isc" template for adding the copyright boilerplate

3. Changes all source files to include copyright and SPDX license
   header, this includes all the C sources, documentation, zone files,
   configuration files. There are notes in the doc/dev/copyrights file
   on how to add correct headers to the new files.

4. Handle the rest that can't be modified via .reuse/dep5 file. The
   binary (or otherwise unmodifiable) files could have license places
   next to them in <foo>.license file, but this would lead to cluttered
   repository and most of the files handled in the .reuse/dep5 file are
   system test files.

Drop $SYSTEMTESTTOP from bin/tests/system/
The $SYSTEMTESTTOP shell variable if often set to .. in various shell
scripts inside bin/tests/system/, but most of the time it is only
used one line later, while sourcing conf.sh. This hardly improves
code readability.

$SYSTEMTESTTOP is also used for the purpose of referencing
scripts/files living in bin/tests/system/, but given that the
variable is always set to a short, relative path, we can drop it and
replace all of its occurrences with the relative path without adversely
affecting code readability.

e43b3c1fa1 further tidying of primary/secondary terminology in system tests
this changes most visble uses of master/slave terminology in tests.sh
and most uses of 'type master' or 'type slave' in named.conf files.
files in the checkconf test were not updated in order to confirm that
the old syntax still works. rpzrecurse was also left mostly unchanged
to avoid interference with DNSRPS.

19ce9ec1d4 Output rndc dnssec -status
Implement the 'rndc dnssec -status' command that will output
some information about the key states, such as which policy is
used for the zone, what keys are in use, and when rollover is
scheduled.

Add loose testing in the kasp system test, the actual times are
already tested via key file inspection.

e0bdff7ecd Fix race condition dnssec-policy with views
When configuring the same dnssec-policy for two zones with the same
name but in different views, there is a race condition for who will
run the keymgr first. If running sequential only one set of keys will
be created, if running parallel two set of keys will be created.

Lock the kasp when running looking for keys and running the key
manager. This way, for the same zone in different views only one
keyset will be created.

The dnssec-policy does not implement sharing keys between different
zones.

5f464d15a0 dnssec-policy inheritance from options/view
'dnssec-policy' can now also be set on the options and view level and
a zone that does not set 'dnssec-policy' explicitly will inherit it
from the view or options level.

This requires a new keyword to be introduced: 'none'. If set to
'none' the zone will not be DNSSEC maintained, in other words it will
stay unsigned. You can use this to break the inheritance. Of course
you can also break the inheritance by referring to a different
policy.

The keywords 'default' and 'none' are not allowed when configuring
your own dnssec-policy statement.

Add appropriate tests for checking the configuration (checkconf)
and add tests to the kasp system test to verify the inheritance
works.

Edit the kasp system test such that it can deal with unsigned zones
and views (so setting a TSIG on the query).
