Commit 540a5b5a2c modified the definition
of struct dns_rbtnode. Doing that changes the layout of map-format zone
files. Bump MAPAPI and update the offsets used in map-format zone file
checks in the "masterformat" system test, as these changes were
inadvertently omitted from the aforementioned change.
The "masterformat" system test attempts to check named-checkzone
behavior when it is fed corrupt map-format zone files. However, despite
the RBTDB and RBT structures having evolved over the years, the offsets
at which a valid map-format zone file is malformed by the "masterformat"
test have not been updated accordingly, causing the relevant checks to
introduce a different type of corruption than they were originally meant
to cause:
- the "bad node header" check originally mangled the 'type' member of
the rdatasetheader_t structure for cname.example.nil,
- the "bad node data" check originally mangled the 'serial' and
'rdh_ttl' members of the rdatasetheader_t structure for
aaaa.example.nil.
Update the offsets at which the map-format zone file is malformed at by
the "masterformat" system test so that the relevant checks fulfill their
original purpose again.
All changes in this commit were automated using the command:

By default, only *.sh and files without extension are checked, so
*.sh.in files have to be added additionally. (See mvdan/sh#944)

The system test should never attempt to start or stop any other server
than those that belong to that system test. Therefore, it is not
necessary to specify the system test name in function calls.
Additionally, this makes it possible to run the test inside a
differently named directory, as its name is automatically detected with
the $SYSTESTDIR variable. This enables running the system tests inside a
temporary directory.
Direct use of stop.pl was replaced with a more systematic approach to
use stop_servers helper function.

This commit converts the license handling to adhere to the REUSE
specification. It specifically:
1. Adds used licnses to LICENSES/ directory
2. Add "isc" template for adding the copyright boilerplate
3. Changes all source files to include copyright and SPDX license
header, this includes all the C sources, documentation, zone files,
configuration files. There are notes in the doc/dev/copyrights file
on how to add correct headers to the new files.
4. Handle the rest that can't be modified via .reuse/dep5 file. The
binary (or otherwise unmodifiable) files could have license places
next to them in <foo>.license file, but this would lead to cluttered
repository and most of the files handled in the .reuse/dep5 file are
system test files.

this changes most visble uses of master/slave terminology in tests.sh
and most uses of 'type master' or 'type slave' in named.conf files.
files in the checkconf test were not updated in order to confirm that
the old syntax still works. rpzrecurse was also left mostly unchanged
to avoid interference with DNSRPS.

as "type primary" is preferred over "type master" now, it makes
sense to make "primaries" available as a synonym too.
added a correctness check to ensure "primaries" and "masters"
cannot both be used in the same zone.

Temporary files created by a given system test should be removed by its
clean.sh script, not its setup.sh script. Remove redundant "rm"
invocations from setup.sh scripts. Move required "rm" invocations from
setup.sh scripts to their corresponding clean.sh scripts.
For all system tests utilizing named instances, call clean.sh from each
test's setup.sh script in a consistent way to make sure running the same
system test multiple times using run.sh does not trigger false positives
caused by stale files created by previous runs.
Ideally we would just call clean.sh from run.sh, but that would break
some quirky system tests like "rpz" or "rpzrecurse" and being consistent
for the time being does not hurt.
- dig command had the @ parameter in the wrong place
- private-dnskey and private-cdnskey are queried in a separate
loop, which strips 'private-' from the name to determine the qtype
- all tests with "recursion yes" now also specify "dnssec-validation yes",
and all tests with "recursion no" also specify "dnssec-validation no".
this must be maintained in all new tests, or else validation will fail
when we use local root zones for testing.
- clean.sh has been modified where necessary to remove managed-keys.bind
and viewname.mkeys files.
- removed a few remaing places where output wasn't being passed
through echo_i or cat_i
- added a "digcomp" function to conf.sh.in to send digcomp.pl output
through cat_i and return the correct exit value
- set SYSTESTDIR when calling echo_i from nsX directories, so that
the test name will always be printed correctly
- fixed a test name typo in conf.sh.in
- add CHANGES note
- update copyrights and license headers
- add -j to the make commands in .gitlab-ci.yml to take
advantage of parallelization in the gitlab CI process
4594. [func] dnssec-keygen no longer uses RSASHA1 by default;
the signing algorithm must be specified on
the command line with the "-a" option. Signing
scripts that rely on the existing default behavior
will break; use "dnssec-keygen -a RSASHA1" to
repair them. (The goal of this change is to make
it easier to find scripts using RSASHA1 so they
can be changed in the event of that algorithm
being deprecated in the future.) [RT #44755]

The merge also needed to update files in legacy and tcp system tests
(newly introduced in master after branch was created) to introduce use

3814. [func] The "masterfile-style" zone option controls the
formatting of dumped zone files. Options are
"relative" (multiline format) and "full" (one
record per line). The default is "relative".
