000a8970f8 3011. [func] Change the default query timeout from 30 seconds 
to 10.  Allow setting this in named.conf using the new
                        'resolver-query-timeout' option, which specifies a max
                        time in seconds.  0 means 'default' and anything longer
                        than 30 will be silently set to 30. [RT #22852]

beb52a4b18 add tests for isc_atomic_xadd() and isc_atomic_xaddq() since there is some suspicion that they may not be working properly on all platforms. This is committed direclty to the mainline as it's only a test. I did not regenerate configure from configure.in, but just added the one Makefile line. a1c4585f1c Remove ndcconf_test, since the old ndc parser is gone. Remove 
dispatch_tcp_test, since the only parts of the dispatcher api it used

a7290af88f Added a small program to generate "random" data. It's not really random, 
but it's only for tests.  This allows the large files containing random
data to be removed from the tree.

40f53fa8d9 Trailing whitespace trimmed. Perhaps running "perl util/spacewhack.pl in your 
own CVS tree will help minimize CVS conflicts.  Maybe not.
Blame Graff for getting me to trim all trailing whitespace.
