60814deed8 [v9_9] make uninstall 
4503.	[cleanup]	"make uninstall" now removes file installed by
			BIND. (This currently excludes Python files

c2170a4bd0 2994. [port] NetBSD: use pthreads by default on NetBSD >= 5.0, and 
do not use threads on earlier versions.  Also kill
