72ceb8a6cc pullup: 
@Add bind9_getaddresses(), a consistent version of the get_address function
from dig/host/nslookup, nsupdate, and rndc.  This should make it
easier to have the various programs support multiple addresses for a hostname.

bd6504aa9a 928. [bug] nsupdate would send empty update packets if the 
send (or empty line) command was run after
                        another send but before any new updates or
                        prerequisites were specified.  It should simply
                        ignore this command.
