60084a1a5a The ARM and the man pages now use a common set of Makefile macros 
to determine the paths to the various SGML and XML tools and files.
You should have a complete SGML catalog in /usr/local/share/sgml/catalog;
this will be picked up by the configure script and used for both the
ARM and the man pages.

3287b57976 RFC 1035 specifies that the current origin should be restored after 
an <command>$INCLUDE</command>, but it is silent on whether the current
domain name should also be restored.  BIND 9 restores both of them.
This could be construed as a deviation from RFC 1035, a feature, or both.
