77e9d82e1f Use make automatic variables to install updated manuals 
Make will choose modified manual from build directory or original from source
directory automagically. Take advantage of install tool feature.
Install all files in single command instead of iterating on each of them.

56b66f01c6 Add support for libidn2 
Added two new configure options:
--with-libidn2 - to enable IDN using GNU libidn2

idnkit, libidn and libidn2 support can not be used at the same time.

NOTE: libidn2 does not support punycode back to Unicode
characters, so support for this is missing.

edab22119f Add support for GNU libidn 
Added new configure option:
--with-libidn - to enable IDN using GNU libidn

Renamed configure option:
--with-idn to --with-idnkit to make the option usage more clear

idnkit and libidn support can not be used at the same time.

ba751492fc [master] native PKCS#11 support 
3705.	[func]		"configure --enable-native-pkcs11" enables BIND
			to use the PKCS#11 API for all cryptographic
			functions, so that it can drive a hardware service
			module directly without the need to use a modified
			OpenSSL as intermediary (so long as the HSM's vendor
			provides a complete-enough implementation of the
			PKCS#11 interface). This has been tested successfully
			with the Thales nShield HSM and with SoftHSMv2 from
			the OpenDNSSEC project. [RT #29031]

b493dfe8bc Add bind9_getaddresses(), a consistent version of the get_address function 
from dig/host/nslookup, nsupdate, and rndc.  This should make it
easier to have the various programs support multiple addresses for a hostname.
