For inline-signed zones, the value of "ixfr-from-differences" is
hardcoded to:
- "yes" for the raw version of the zone,
- "no" for the signed version of the zone.
In other words, any user-provided "ixfr-from-differences" setting is
effectively ignored for an inline-signed zone. Ensure the user is aware
of that by adding a note to the ARM and logging a message when an
"ixfr-from-differences" option is found at the zone level.

Replace dns_fixedname_init() calls followed by dns_fixedname_name()
calls with calls to dns_fixedname_initname() where it is possible
without affecting current behavior and/or performance.
This patch was mostly prepared using Coccinelle and the following
semantic patch:
@@
expression fixedname, name;
@@
- dns_fixedname_init(&fixedname);
...
- name = dns_fixedname_name(&fixedname);
+ name = dns_fixedname_initname(&fixedname);
The resulting set of changes was then manually reviewed to exclude false
positives and apply minor tweaks.
It is likely that more occurrences of this pattern can be refactored in
an identical way. This commit only takes care of the low-hanging fruit.

4873. [doc] Grammars for named.conf included in the ARM are now
automatically generated by the configuration parser
itself. As a side effect of the work needed to
separate zone type grammars from each other, this
also makes checking of zone statements in
named-checkconf more correct and consistent.
