8eb88aafee [master] add libns and remove liblwres 
4708.   [cleanup]       Legacy Windows builds (i.e. for XP and earlier)
                        are no longer supported. [RT #45186]

4707.	[func]		The lightweight resolver daemon and library (lwresd
			and liblwres) have been removed. [RT #45186]

4706.	[func]		Code implementing name server query processing has
			been moved from bin/named to a new library "libns".
			Functions remaining in bin/named are now prefixed
			with "named_" rather than "ns_".  This will make it
			easier to write unit tests for name server code, or
			link name server functionality into new tools.

612b2e2c0d [master] timestamp suffixes for log files 
4579.	[func]		Logging channels and dnstap output files can now
			be configured with a "suffix" option, set to
			either "increment" or "timestamp", indicating
			whether to use incrementing numbers or timestamps
			as the file suffix when rolling over a log file.

62c85a4a52 [master] allow different time formats: local, iso8601, iso8601-utc 
4518.	[func]		The "print-time" option in the logging configuration
			can now take arguments "local", "iso8601" or
			"iso8601-utc" to indicate the format in which the
			date and time should be logged. For backward
			compatibility, "yes" is a synonym for "local".

7efc8c3f69 Megacommit of many files. 
Mostly, several functions that take pointers as arguments, almost
always char * pointers, had those pointers qualified with "const".
Those that returned pointers to previously const-qualified arguments
had their return values qualified as const.  Some structure members
were qualified as const to retain that attribute from the variables
from which they were assigned.

Minor other ISC style cleanups.

24fe57b6da sorry, screwed up the cast in the last revision. cast a pointer to an int, 
when i wanted to cast the int to unsigned then make a pointer.
