5597be9bb8 1813. [func] Restructured the data locking framework using 
architecture dependent atomic operations (when
			available), improving response performance on
			multi-processor machines significantly.
			x86, x86_64, alpha, and sparc64 are currently
			supported.

in a acl.  Remove duplicate entries from the localnets
                        acl.

1393.   [port]          Bind to individual IPv6 interfaces if IPV6_IPV6ONLY
                        is not available in the kernel to prevent accidently
                        listening on IPv4 interfaces.

355cc22e32 The epoch is once again zero in Win32;

28fc90e6c8 #857 was incomplete, ISC_MAGIC was not being used everwhere it should have been. 
'magic' was not being declared consistantly.
some #include <isc/magic.h> were missing from other include files.
NS_SERVER_VALID was not using ISC_MAGIC_VALID.

321fd0ceb4 in named-checkconf, pass in the complete path of named.conf 
as NAMED_CONFFILE instead of constructing it by compile-time concatenation of NS_SYSCONFDIR
and /named.conf, to facilitate win32 support
