Mark Andrews 3fd30e1634 Add Heimdal compatibility support ... The Heimdal Kerberos library handles the OID sets in a different manner. Unify the handling of the OID sets between MIT and Heimdal implementations by dynamically creating the OID sets instead of using static predefined set.
