Matthijs Mekking 784b096098 Test case for issue #4355 ... Add a test case where serve-stale is enabled on a server that also servers a local authoritative zone. The particular case tests a lame delegation and checks if falling back to serving stale data does not attempt to retrieve the query by recursing from the root down.
