Matthijs Mekking a5dc24b25a Mark some managed-keys instances deprecated 
The 'managed-keys' (and 'trusted-keys') options have been deprecated
by 'dnssec-keys'.  Some documentation references to 'managed-keys'
had not yet been marked or noted as such.
