Ondřej Surý 4b3d0c6600 Remove ISC_MEM_DEBUGSIZE and ISC_MEM_DEBUGRECORD ... The ISC_MEM_DEBUGSIZE and ISC_MEM_DEBUGCTX did sanity checks on matching size and memory context on the memory returned to the allocator.
