Evan Hunt 51cd295c4b remove resolver whenshutdown events ... weakly attaching and detaching when creating and destroying the resolver obviates the need to have a callback event to do the weak detach. remove the dns_resolver_whenshutdown() mechanism, as it is now unused.		2022-05-13 13:36:10 -07:00
