The Debian 10 (buster) Docker image, which GitLab CI uses for building documentation, currently contains the following package versions: - Sphinx 4.2.0 - sphinx-rtd-theme 1.0.0 - docutils 0.17.1 Regenerate the man pages to match contents produced in a Sphinx environment using the above package versions.
