Ondřej Surý 8ccfbcfe72 Remove no longer needed OpenSSL shims and checks ... Since the minimal OpenSSL version is now OpenSSL 1.1.1, remove all kind of OpenSSL shims and checks for functions that are now always present in the OpenSSL libraries.
