Mark Andrews 6412902ffc 2015. [cleanup] use-additional-cache is now acache-enable for ... consistancy. Default acache-enable off in BIND 9.4 as it requires memory usage to be configured. It may be enabled by default in BIND 9.5 once we have more experience with it.		2006-05-03 01:54:54 +00:00
