Mark Andrews ce6078d2b9 Add support for parsing DSYNC scheme mnemonics 
Adds dns_dsyncscheme_fromtext, dns_dsyncscheme_totext and
dns_dsyncscheme_format.  Adds type dns_dsyncscheme_t.
