Evan Hunt 8f61d07918 merge dns_request_createvia() into dns_request_create() ... dns_request_create() was a front-end to dns_request_createvia() that was only used by test binaries. dns_request_createvia() has been renamed to dns_request_create(), and the test programs that formerly used dns_request_create() have been updated to use the new parameters.
