Ondřej Surý ab528a0fcb Add isc_rwlock around dns_aclenv .localhost and .localnets member ... In order to modify the .localhost and .localnets members of the dns_aclenv, all other processing on the netmgr loops needed to be stopped using the task exclusive mode.
