ad76de2502 OCSP Stapling Enhancement for Apache (#2723) 
Currently supports only Apache >=2.3.3.
letsencrypt --staple-ocsp -d dumpbits.com [no problem to set it on for apache => 2.3.3]
To check OCSP Stapling:
