Add counters to measure Rx buffers usage per QCS. This reused the newly defined bdata_ctr type already used for Tx accounting. Note that for now, <tot> value of bdata_ctr is not used. This is because it is not easy to account for data accross contiguous buffers. These values are displayed both on log/traces and "show quic" output. |
