Willy Tarreau 571eb3d659 CLEANUP: config: drop unused setting CONFIG_HAP_MEM_OPTIM ... CONFIG_HAP_MEM_OPTIM was introduced with memory pools in 1.3 and dropped in 1.6 when pools became the only way to allocate memory. Still the option remained present in config.h.
