Christopher Faulet d898841530 MEDIUM: channel: Use CF_WRITE_EVENT instead of CF_WRITE_PARTIAL ... Just like CF_READ_PARTIAL, CF_WRITE_PARTIAL is now merged with CF_WRITE_EVENT.
