91c7e60df8 Replace all existing copyright headers with SPDX headers 
I've used the following command to replace the original copyright header
lines in a C-style comment block:

```

For files that use shell-style comments (#) like CMakeLists.txt, I've
used this command:

c2ddd20ef3 Fix compiler warnings by (copy-)constructing loop variables explicitly 
for (const T& needle : haystack) creates the illusion that haystack is a
container of T and we're just borrowing needle. In these cases that's not true.

* Remove use of spaces for formatting
These could be found by using `grep -r -l -P '^\t+ +[^*]'
* Removal of training whitespaces

f267135711 Update NodeName/ZoneName constants with 'api setup' 
This commit also moves the constants.conf backup logic
into NodeUtility::UpdateConstant() where it belongs.

Logging has been slightly adopted too.

86cdc5bc53 Include default global zones during node wizard/setup 
This changes the GenerateNodeMasterIcingaConfig and GenerateNodeIcingaConfig
functions inside the nodeutillity class to the effect, that the default global
zones global-templates and director-global will be written to the generated
zones.conf that is created during the node wizard/setup.

6b92c6028b Reword nodeutility output 
The old comment had a few minor problems:
* Two spaces after 'named'
* No space between // and the begining of the message
* Incorrect capitalization

And one major:
* Incorrectly calling a zone a node

But all of this is subject to change through the use of the configwriter
anyways.
