Hynek Mlnarik c092c76ae8 Remove ldapsOnly (Java) 
In `LDAPConstants.java`, the function to set the Truststore SPI system property was removed, as this is now handled by the `shouldUseTruststoreSpi` method in `LdapUtil`.
