6de6ccc459 readthedocs: remove remaining readthedocs hooks 
The webhook for readthedocs.org in the project's Gitlab was:

URL: https://readthedocs.org/api/v2/webhook/knot/120585/
with tags: Push events / Wildcard Pattern
           Tag push events
           SSL Verification: enabled

Removing it.
