6de6ccc459 readthedocs: remove remaining readthedocs hooks 
The webhook for readthedocs.org in the project's Gitlab was:

           Tag push events

b6d5630ac5 backup: '+keysonly' silently uses all defaults as 'off' 
If '+keysonly' is set, all defaults are set to '+no...'.
Any flag can still be turned on manually.
Flag '+kaspdb' still takes priority over '+keysonly' if both flags are used together.
