116c727b16 doc: installation, update instructions for Arch, Gentoo, and FreeBSD 
- Debian: assume current version is Jessie
- Arch, Gentoo: add installation command instead of a link
- FreeBSD: install from root shell, sudo is not in default installation

fed2e5c2fa journal: Removed CRC check. 
CRC in the journal is replaced by a placeholder to maintain the
journal format.
Removed the zlib dependency.
