John Howard d9f2cc0c95 endpoints: remove obsolete ServiceSelectorCache 
Since https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/112648, we can
efficiently handle selectors from pre-existing `map[string]string`,
making the cache obsolete.

Benchmark:
