chore: Enable ESLint for apps and fix all errors 
Nevertheless this causes a huge amount of new warnings.
Previously the shell script for directories to lint was wrong it was generating all app names to lint,
but was missing the `apps/` prefix. Causing only `core` to be linted.

d9a2a78392 Consider admin defaults when creating shares 
The current share logic always uses the default `BUNDLED_PERMISSIONS.ALL`
which includes everything.

This commit updates share creation logic to use `defaultPermissions` if set
by admin for the creation of new shares.

Do not show e-mail suggestions if link shares are disabled

This removes the e-mail suggestions from the share input if link shares
are disabled. As e-mail shares use just link shares.
