Although the Files app creates the legacy sidebar (details view) it is
then replaced with the newer Vue app sidebar. Due to this ".detailsView"
no longer finds an element and therefore nothing was hidden when
"hideAppSidebar($('.detailsView'))" was called (for example, when
changing to another section).
However, "OC.Apps.hideAppSidebar()" does not properly work either with
the Vue sidebar used in the Files app (once hidden the sidebar is not
shown again). For simplicity, and to avoid any possible side effect in
other apps from changing "OC.Apps.hideAppSidebar", now
"OC.Files.Sidebar.close()" is used instead.

Move grid view logic to the files app itself because the button does not
belong to any specific file list.
Then inject the grid view state when switching file lists.

When using the browser back button or clicking on sections on the left
sidebar (like favorites), the "changeDirectory" jQuery event did not get
called, so apps like recommendations would not notice the directory
change.
This fixes the issue by also setting changeUrl to true when the file
list's directory got changed as a result from a URL change.
Added optional changedThroughUrl argument to make sure the event
recipient knows if the change was done through a URL change and make it
possible prevent a loop in the onDirectoryChange handler that actually
changes the URL when the origin was already from a URL change.

Added a new user setting that toggles cropping on image previews
in grid view.
True (default value): crops each image to a square. False: keep original
aspect ratio.

Store the last check in the session storage. (Which gets cleared on
logout). And only check once an hour.
Saves a request to the server on most requests when browsing.

This commit adds chunked uploads in the Web UI (for authenticated users,
but not for public uploads). To do that the server endpoint used by the
uploader is changed from WebDAV v1 to WebDAV v2. The chunking itself is
done automatically by the jQuery-File-Upload plugin when the
"maxChunkSize" parameter is set; in "fileuploadchunksend" the request is
adjusted to adapt the behaviour of the plugin to the one expected by
"uploads/" in WebDAV v2.
The chunk size to be used by the Web UI can be set in the
"max_chunk_size" parameter of the Files app configuration. By default it
is set to 10MiB.

Now passing the "scrollto" URL argument to the file list class which
will also automatically scroll and highlight the matching element.
This code is triggered by the search box when in a different folder and
also by the activity app.
Whenever an app needs to register an event late, it does that on the
original file actions object.
Since the file actions that the file list work on is a merged list, not
the original one, the registration event needs to be propagated there as
well.
Whenever file actions are registered later, now the file lists are
automatically notified.
Added FileActions.addUpdateListener() to be able to receive such
notifications.
This removes the need for apps to manually call FileActions.display()
after registering new actions.
This fixes issues with race conditions when file actions are
registered after the file list was already rendered.
