e3bf36a2ec plugins: remove a few of my historic maintainerships 
These plugins have had maintainership attached due to the fact
that they became plugins at one point in time.  Since we can now
annotate this better, do it.

c86e31a0d0 sysutils/smart: widget needs a rework 
I'd rather emulate the old network which used the
detailed list backend call.  Funnel this through
the API on request but no time to do this now.
