Clean up some of the example docs, add a set of example files for cvsup now that we're actively promoting that service.

Update the sample cvsupfiles to take advantage of the new "*default" feature in CVSup-14.0. You no longer need a 200-column window to look at them. Also did some general cleanups, and corrected some errors. 2.2 candidate. These should be brought directly into 2.2 if at all possible, since they correspond with the CVSup release whose port is going to go into 2.2.

This directory contains sample "supfiles" for obtaining and updating
the FreeBSD sources via the Internet. These supfiles will work
with CVSup version 14.0 or later.
To maintain the sources for the FreeBSD-current release, use these files:
standard-supfile Main source tree
secure-supfile International secure distribution
(outside USA and Canada)
ports-supfile Ports collection
To maintain the sources for the FreeBSD-stable release, use these files:
Add cvsup.nl.freebsd.org

cvs-supfile Main source tree and ports collection
secure-cvs-supfile International secure distribution
(outside USA and Canada)
The supfiles contained in this directory all obtain their updates
Update the list of CVSup mirror sites.
