Newcard's pccard module. It compiles, but doesn't work. This should make development easier and push the ability of newbus to load busses to the test. Not added to sys/modules/Makefile because it isn't ready to break the nightly snapshots for alpha yet :-). NOTE: This is only for NEWCARD.
