Warner Losh	fbbd9655e5	Renumber copyright clause 4 ... Renumber cluase 4 to 3, per what everybody else did when BSD granted them permission to remove clause 3. My insistance on keeping the same numbering for legal reasons is too pedantic, so give up on that point. Mark Johnston	57170f49f2	Remove references to an unused fasttrap probe hook, and remove the ... corresponding x86 trap type. Userland DTrace probes are currently handled by the other fasttrap hooks (dtrace_pid_probe_ptr and dtrace_return_probe_ptr). Discussed with: rpaulo	2013-10-31 02:35:00 +00:00
