cc5e1c7d54 Include Options.inc using path from lld src top 
Otherwise we will encoutner conflicts with libllvm's Options.inc in the
bmake lld build.

4cb4d1d8cf lld: only include GNU ld emulation 
We don't need Windows link.exe and Darwin Mach-O linker emulation now.
