2d4b977b2d Remove building gdb info files. The gdb info files are built as part 
of building gdb itself, which has been decoupled from binutils for
as much as is reasonable.

70b1f5865c Add the missing dependency (gdbint.info: gdb-cfg.texi). 
This should resume parallel builds, among other things.

rather than *.info.

e3af075499 * Merge gdb/doc/Makefile into binutils/doc/Makefile 
* Update build for gdbserver and gdbreplay to work under binutils
* Fix gdbserver to use PT_GETREGS etc to access registers, removing the
  dependancy on the u-area.
* Make gdbserver work on the alpha.
