4d846d260e spdx: The BSD-2-Clause-FreeBSD identifier is obsolete, drop -FreeBSD 
The SPDX folks have obsoleted the BSD-2-Clause-FreeBSD identifier. Catch
up to that fact and revert to their recommended match of BSD-2-Clause.

9bf12bb91d Avoid hard-coding pipe buffer sizes in the pipe and fifo kqueue tests. 
Fix some style issues in the modified tests while here.
