Mainly focus on files that use BSD 2-Clause license, however the tool I was using mis-identified many licenses so this was mostly a manual - error prone - task. The Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) group provides a specification to make it easier for automated tools to detect and summarize well known opensource licenses. Andrew Turner	27b7672219	Add an elf note on ARM to store the MACHINE_ARCH an executable was built ... for. This is useful for software needing to know which architecture a binary is built for as arm and armv6 have slight differences meaning only some binaries build for one will work as expected on the other.
