b8cb229598 Add an entry for libpthread (aka libkse). For now, it's link command 
is defined as -lkse, but we'll come back later and change it once
libkse is renamed.

c4f02a891f - Support for multibyte charsets in LIBICONV. 
- CD9660_ICONV, NTFS_ICONV and MSDOSFS_ICONV kernel options
(with corresponding modules).
- kiconv(3) for loadable charset conversion tables support.
