f1a16106b6 - Move all USB device ID arrays into so-called sections, 
sorted according to the mode which they support:
	host, device or dual mode
- Add generic tool to extract these data:
	tools/bus_autoconf

58ccf5b41c Remove unneeded includes of <sys/linker_set.h>. Other headers that use 
it internally contain nested includes.
