e2e050c8ef Extract eventfilter declarations to sys/_eventfilter.h
This allows replacing "sys/eventfilter.h" includes with "sys/_eventfilter.h"
in other header files (e.g., sys/{bus,conf,cpu}.h) and reduces header
pollution substantially.

EVENTHANDLER_DECLARE and EVENTHANDLER_LIST_DECLAREs were moved out of .c
files into appropriate headers (e.g., sys/proc.h, powernv/opal.h).

As a side effect of reduced header pollution, many .c files and headers no
longer contain needed definitions. The remainder of the patch addresses
adding appropriate includes to fix those files.

LOCK_DEBUG and LOCK_FILE_LINE_ARG are moved to sys/_lock.h, as required by
sys/mutex.h since r326106 (but silently protected by header pollution prior
to this change).

No functional change (intended). Of course, any out of tree modules that
relied on header pollution for sys/eventhandler.h, sys/lock.h, or
sys/mutex.h inclusion need to be fixed. __FreeBSD_version has been bumped.

71e3c3083b sys/powerpc: further adoption of SPDX licensing ID tags.
Mainly focus on files that use BSD 2-Clause license, however the tool I
was using misidentified many licenses so this was mostly a manual - error
prone - task.

The Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) group provides a specification
to make it easier for automated tools to detect and summarize well known
opensource licenses. We are gradually adopting the specification, noting
that the tags are considered only advisory and do not, in any way,
superceed or replace the license texts.

f8fd3fb518 Fix the resource_list_print_type() calls to use uintmax_t.
Missed a bunch from r297000.

a1e1814d76 As <machine/pmap.h> is included from <vm/pmap.h>, there is no need to
include it explicitly when <vm/pmap.h> is already included.

0d1381bb56 Fix interrupt allocation after changes to nexus. This makes PS3 boot
multiuser again (this commit comes from the PS3 itself). Some problems
still exist with SMP, apparently, as I had to boot a non-SMP kernel to
get here.

831ce4cb3d - Change contigmalloc() to use the vm_paddr_t type instead of an unsigned
long for specifying a boundary constraint.
- Change bus_dma tags to use bus_addr_t instead of bus_size_t for boundary
  constraints.

These allow boundary constraints to be fully expressed for cases where
sizeof(bus_addr_t) != sizeof(bus_size_t).  Specifically, it allows a
driver to properly specify a 4GB boundary in a PAE kernel.

Note that this cannot be safely MFC'd without a lot of compat shims due
to KBI changes, so I do not intend to merge it.

4b7ec27007 - There's no need to overwrite the default device method with the default
one. Interestingly, these are actually the default for quite some time
  (bus_generic_driver_added(9) since r52045 and bus_generic_print_child(9)
since r52045) but even recently added device drivers do this unnecessarily.
  Discussed with: jhb, marcel
- While at it, use DEVMETHOD_END.

cb705160c6 This is more complicated than I expected. Storage devices need the IOMMU

0d3170573e Driver for PS3's internal hard disk. Hopefully this can be CAM-ified in
the future, but presents a set of simple block devices for now. With
(forthcoming) boot loader support or vfs.root.mountfrom, allows booting
PS3s from disk.

03479763b2 Import support for the Sony Playstation 3 using the OtherOS feature
available on firmwares 3.15 and earlier.

Caveats: Support for the internal SATA controller is currently missing,
as is support for framebuffer resolutions other than 720x480. These
deficiencies will be remedied soon.

Special thanks to Peter Grehan for providing the hardware that made this
port possible, and thanks to Geoff Levand of Sony Computer Entertainment
for advice on the LV1 hypervisor.
