Update build glue for lldb (MK_LLDB=yes). Also update lldb's generated
Config.h, disable a few more parts in the code we don't use, and add a
pre-generated man page.

For lldb, delete the custom Xcode-only Host/Config.h, and provide a
pre-generated version in lib/clang/include/lldb/Host instead, similar to
what we do for clang, llvm and lld.
