c363b16c63 sys: Remove DEV_RANDOM device option 
Remove 'device random' from kernel configurations that reference it (most).
Replace perhaps mistaken 'nodevice random' in two MIPS configs with 'options
RANDOM_LOADABLE' instead.  Document removal in UPDATING; update NOTES and
random.4.

01c914420d [mips] [rt2880] Add oldest Ralink MIPS SOC RT2880 support code. 
* Target module have ic plus etherswitch ip175c.
* Also add etherswitch support code on rt driver.
