Bjoern A. Zeeb 009e6b6e71 LinuxKPI: module.h add MODULE_SUPPORTED_DEVICE() 
Add a dummy MODULE_SUPPORTED_DEVICE define as we do for other
MODULE_* macros.  This is needed by a wireless driver.
