Pyun YongHyeon 1cd4773b5d Consistently use ifHCOutOctets/ifHCInOctets instead of Octets as 
these names are used in data sheet. Also use UnicastPkts,
MulticastPkts and BroadcastPkts instead of UcastPkts, McastPkts
and BcastPkts to clarify its meaning.
